Actie Radius is a set of plain web pages. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to, so the amount of information that passes through the site is small. This page lists all of it.
1. What the hosting provider records
The pages are served by Vercel as a static website. Like almost any web host, Vercel's servers write a short technical log when a page is requested. A log line typically holds your IP address, the browser and device type (the user agent), the address that was requested and the time of the request. The hosting provider keeps these logs to run the service and to spot abuse or attacks. We do not combine them with anything else or use them to build a picture of individual readers.
2. The one thing your browser keeps for us
When you answer the cookie banner, your browser saves that answer in a single cookie or local-storage entry so the banner does not pop up on every page. It contains your choice and nothing more. A Note on Cookies explains how to remove it.
3. Things we simply do not run
- No traffic statistics, heatmaps or similar measuring tools
- No advertising networks or ad tracking
- No newsletter or mailing list
- No user accounts, comments or profiles
4. When you write to us
If you email letters@actie-radius.com, we receive your address, your name if you include it and whatever you put in the message. We use that only to read and answer you. The email is deleted once the conversation has run its course and we no longer need it. We do not pass messages on to anyone else or add senders to any list. Please avoid sending detailed medical information; we cannot advise on it and would rather not hold it.
5. Pages on other websites
Some articles link to other sites, such as shops, clinics or service providers. Once you follow such a link, you are on their pages and under their privacy terms, not ours. It is worth reading their policy before you share anything with them.
6. Your choices and questions
You can ask what we hold about you (usually nothing beyond an email thread) and ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address above and we will deal with it. If this page changes, the revision date at the top will change with it.
